A luxurious and deeply complex dessert wine made from sun‑dried grapes, this Vinsanto offers an opulent aromatic profile of dried apricot, fig, honey, caramel, and roasted nuts. The palate is rich and velvety, balanced by vibrant acidity that prevents heaviness. Layers of toffee, candied citrus peel, and spice linger through an exceptionally long finish, making this a profound expression of Santorini’s historic sweet‑wine tradition.
